Imports from United Arab Republic or Yugoslavia [G.E. No. 112] Notification No. 326/88-Cus. Dated 29-12-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 341/76-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification Sl. Nos. l, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 28, 40, 64, 75, 78 and 134 and entries relating thereto shall be deleted; and in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1988" the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1993" shall be substituted.
