Notification under Section 5 of C.T. Act Notification No. 132/86-Cus. Dated 17-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of the United Arab Republic and Yugoslavia) Rules, 1976. (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of origin of the United Arab Republic and Yugoslavia) Amendment Rules, 1986. (2) They shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986. 2. In the Schedule to the Customs Tariff (Determination of origin of the United Arab Republic and Yugoslavia Rules, 1976 in column (2) of Schedule A.— (i) against Sl. No 1, for the figures "25.01/32", the figures "25.10" shall be substituted; (ii) against Sl. No. 2, for the figures "25.01/32", the figures "25.20" shall be substituted; (iii) against Sl. No. 3, for the figures "25.01/32" the figures "25.26" shall be substituted; (iv) against Sl. No. 4, for the figures "27.14/16", the figures, "27.14" shall be substituted.
