Photographic or cinematographic goods Notification No. 131/86-Cus. Dated 17-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the interest of trade so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 323-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :— In the Table annexed to the said notification, in column (2) for the figures "08.01/13", the figures "08.08" shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
