Imported capital goods on export - Procedure Notification No. 38/86-Cus. Dated 12-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 13-Customs, dated the 9th February, 1981, namely :— In the Table annexed to the said notification; for Serial No. 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :— (1) (2) "6. Material handling equipment, namely, fork lifts, overhead cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, hoists and stackers"
