Goods for Antarctica Expedition Notification No. 378/85-Cus. Dated 31-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 13/85-Customs, dated the 16th January, 1985, namely :— In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st Day of December, 1985", the figures, letters and words "31st December 1988", shall be substituted.
