Auxiliary duty Notification No. 372/85-Cus. Dated 30-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 43 of the Finance Act, 1985 (32 of 1985), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 158-Customs, date the 24th May 1985, namely :— In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 249 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted namely :— "250. No. 371/85-Customs, dated 30th December, 1985."
