Auxiliary duty Notification No. 365/85-Cus. Dated 20-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 43 of the Finance Act, 1985 (32 of 1985), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE Sl. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 161-Customs, dated the 24th May, 1985. In the Schedule to the said notification, Sl. No. 13 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted. 2. 163-Customs, dated the 24th May, 1985. In the Schedule to the said notification, after Sl. No. 42 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :— "43. No. 364-Customs, dated the 20th December, 1985.".
