Auxiliary duty Notification No. 352/85-Cus. Dated 5-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 43 of the Finance Act, 1985 (32 of 1985), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 161/85-Customs, dated the 24th May, 1985, namely :— In the Schedule to the said notification :— (i) Serial Nos. 5, 7, 8 and 11 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) after serial No. 13 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :— "14. No. 351-Customs, dated the 5th December, 1985."
