EXIM Policy 1997-2002 Notified Notification No. 01/1997 Dated 31/03/1997 S.O. (E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of, 1992), the Central Government hereby notifies the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002 as contained in the Annexure to this Notification.
