Amendment in the notification number S.O. 1779(E), dated 22 nd July, 2008 - Constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the multi-product Special Economic Zone at Village Jambusar, District Bharuch, Gujarat MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) Notification New Delhi , the 14th September, 2009 S.O. 2328(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby amends the notification number S.O. 1779(E), dated 22 nd July, 2008, constituting the Approval Committee for the multi-product Special Economic Zone developed by M/s.
