Corrigendum to Notification No. 4857 dated 6th August, 1982 Notification Number: 1311 Dated 16-12-1982 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iv) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following correction in its Notification No. 4857 dated 6th August, 1982, issued notifying "Indian Medical Education and Welfare Service of Seventh-day Adventists":- FOR "In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (v) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961".
