Amendment in the notification No. S.O. 710(E), dated the 11th October, 1977 Notification Number: 0154(E) Dated 02-03-1983 In pursuance of clause (b) of the Explanation to section 72A of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 710(E), dated the 11th October, 1977, namely:- In the said notification, for item 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "5. Member (Revenue and Audit), Central Board of Direct Taxes, ex-officio Additional Secretary Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance Government of India". File Number: 142(21)/82-TPL
