Approval withdrawn under section 10(2)(xiii) Notification Number: 2119 Dated 30-03-1988 It is hereby notified for general information that the perpetual approval granted to: (i) Bengal Tanning Institute Tangra, Calcutta, (ii) Institute of Plan and Industry, Indore, and (iii) Inter-Departmental Committee for the collection of voluntary contributions for the plywood industry under section 10(2)(xiii) of the Indian Income-tax Act, 1922, vide Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Notification No. 34, dated 23-11-1946, is allowed to lapse w.e.f. 1-4-1988.
