Amends Notification no. 49/2005 - Committees of two Commissioners of Central Excise - Jurisdiction for purpose of Customs Section 129A(2) NOTIFICATION NO 01/2010-CUS (NT), Dated : January 6, 2010 G.S.R. 8(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 49/2005-Customs (N.T.) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.410(E),dated the17th June, 2005, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table:- (i) against serial number 19,in column (2) for the word "Valsad", the word "Vapi" shall be substituted ; (ii) against serial number 66, in columns (2) and (3), for the word, "Valsad", the word "Vapi" shall be substituted. It was subsequently amended by Notification No.42/2008- Customs (N.T.), dated the 12th May,2008 vide number G.S.R371(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), dated the 12th May,2008. It was subsequently amended by Notification No.42/2009- Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st April,2009 vide number G.S.R 272(E) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), dated the 21st April 2009. It was subsequently amended by Notification No.53/2009- Customs (N.T.), dated the 19th May,2009 vide number G.S.R344(E) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), dated the 19th May 2009.
