Amends Notification No. 19/2007-ST, dated 12 May 2007 - Appeals to appellate Tribunal - Constitution of committee of chief commissioners for specified areas under section 86(1A) for the areas of Commissioners of Central Excise (Appeals) - 19/2010 - Service Tax

Amends Notification No. 19/2007-ST, dated 12 May 2007 Notification No. 19/2010-Service Tax New Delhi , Dated the 23rd March, 2010 G.S.R. 205(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (1A) of Section 86 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994) , the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 19/2007-Service Tax , published vide number G.S.R. 354(E), dated 12th May, 2007, namely :- In the said notification , in the Table,- (i) for Sl. No. 34, the following Sl. No. shall be substituted, namely :- "34 For the jurisdiction of Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals) Mumbai Zone-I" Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai Commissioner of Service Tax-II, Mumbai For the jurisdiction of Commissioner of Service Tax-II, Mumbai Commissioner of Service Tax-II, Mumbai Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai (ii) Against Sl. No. 55 in column (2), for words "Commissioner of Central Excise (Service Tax), Mumbai", the words and letter "Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai" shall be substituted.
