Central Government appoints day notified for purposes of Section 18 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 Notification No. G.S.R. 455(E) Dated 28-5-2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by Explanation to sub-section (2) of Section 18A of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st June, 2010 as the appointed day for the purposes of the said sub-section (2) of Section 18 of the said Act .
