Setting up a Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals at Village Chippada, Visakhapatnam - Andhra Pradesh - De-notification of certain area notified vide Notification No. S.O. 720(E) dated 15th May, 2006 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 18th June, 2010 S.O. 1481(E).- Whereas M/s. Divi's Laboratories Limited, a private organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) to set up a Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals at Village Chippada, Visakhapatnam in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , has notified an area of 105.496 hectares at above Village Chippada, Visakhapatnam in the State of Andhra Pradesh, as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 720(E) dated 15th May, 2006; And Whereas, M/s.
