Amends Notification number S.O. 569(E) dated 27th February, 2009 - Constitutes the SEEPZ Special Economic Zone Authority MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 30th July, 2010 S.O. 1883(E) .- Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.569(E) dated 27th February, 2009 , namely:— In the said notification, the name of the member at Sl. No.5 i.e. "Shri Amar Kothari, MD, M/s Inter Gold (I) Pvt. Ltd." may be replaced as "Shri Premkumar Kothari, Managing Director, M/s. Fine Jewellery (I) Ltd." [F. No. A. 2/1/2008 -SEZ] ANIL MUKIM, Jt.
