Coimbatore and ICD, Tuticorin appointed as Inland Container Depot for loading and unloading of export and imported goods — Amendment to Notification No. 12/97-Cus. (N.T.) 22nd January, 2004 Notification No. 8/2004 - Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2 nd April, 1997, namely: - In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 11 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu, after entry (vii) in column (3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely: - (3) (4) “(viii) Coimbatore Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods (ix) Inland Container Depots, Tuticorin Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods” V.
