Notification : No. GSR 237, dated 1 2 1978. Subject:- Government Companies - Notifications notifying provisions of the Act as not applicable or applicable with modification in relation to Government companies GSR 237.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 620(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government has directed that the provisions of sections 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 391 and 394 shall apply to the National Instruments Limited, Calcutta, a Government company with the modifications specified below: Modifications: In sections 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 391 and 394, for the word Court , wherever it occurs, the words Central Government shall be substituted.
