NOTIFICATION NO. SO 638(E), DATED 14-7-1995, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Recognised stock exchange - Amendment in Notification No. GSR 1060(E), dated 21-12-1989 S.O. 638(E).- In pursuance of clause (39) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Company Affairs) No. GSR 1060(E), dated 21-12-1989, namely : In the said notification, after entry 21, the following entry shall be added, namely : "22. National Stock Exchange of India Limited."
