GSR 416(E), DATED 30-5-2008, New Delhi, the 30 th May, 2008 Subject:- Section 209A of the Companies Act, 1956 - Books of account - Inspection of - Notified officers GSR 416(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 209A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the following officers in the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs to inspect the books of accounts and other books and papers of every company, namely : ( i ) Shri Sharad Krishna Sharma, Joint Director ( ii ) Shri Sudhir Dinkar Samant, Joint director ( iii ) Shri Dinesh Kumar, Assistant Director ( iv ) Shri Rabi Barua, Assistant Director ( v ) Shri Hira Singh Negi, Assistant Director ( vi ) Shri Sanjeev Kumar Gaur, Assistant Director ( vii ) Shri Ashwine Rathor, Assistant Director
