Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification No. S.O. 903(E), dated 2-4-2009, New Delhi, the 02 nd April, 2009 Subject:- Constitution of National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards - Notified Committee S.O. 903(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 30th May, 2008 vide No. S.O. 1270(E), dated the 30th May, 2008, namely: In the said notification for serial number (3) and entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely: (3) Shri Datla Hanumanta Raju, President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India - Member (shall hold office up to 28-5-2009) [nominated under clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 210A] [F. No. 1/5/2001-CL-V] JITESH KHOSLA, Jt. Secy. Note:- The Principal notification was published vide number S.O. 1270(E), dated the 30 th May, 2008 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 2266(E), dated the 25 th September, 2008 and further amended vide S.O. 144(E), dated the 14 th January, 2009.
