Notification No. 1/2012-Central Excise

New Delhi, the 3^rd January, 2012

G.S.R.1(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 11 and entries relating thereto, the following entry shall be inserted, namely :-

In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 14A and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :-

1. 2.The principal notification No.6/2006-Central Excise, dated the 1^st March, 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 96(E), dated the 1^st March, 2006 was last amended vide notification No. 38/2011-Central Excise, dated the 29^th July, 2011, published vide number G.S.R. 591(E), dated the 29^th July, 2011.
