Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority. - 01/2012 - Customs - Non Tariff

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- i Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai; and ii Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Prominent Enterprises, A-127, Ground Floor, Shop No.3, Asha Park, New Delhi-110 018 and M/s Gaylord Enterprises, Shop No.2, Ground Floor, D-41, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110 018 issued vide, F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03(1)/2010-11/7937 to 7943 dated 10.08.2011, by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
