Seeks to amend Notification No.12/97-Customs (N.T.) - Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods . - 34/2012 - Customs - Non Tariff

[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 34/2012 - Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, dated the 20 th April, 2012 G.S.R ..(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2 nd April, 1997, published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R. 193(E), dated the 2 nd April, 1997, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 6B relating to the State of Orissa, in column (3), entry relating to Balasore shall be renumbered as item (i) and after item (i) as so re-numbered, the following item and the corresponding entry relating thereto in column (4), shall respectively be inserted, namely:- (3) (4) (ii) Kalinganagar Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods. (E), dated the 11 th April, 2012.
