Corrigendum of Notification No. 31/2012-Custom (ADD). - Corrigendum - Anti Dumping Duty

(E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 31/2012-Customs (ADD), dated the 4 th June, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 416 (E), dated the 4 th June, 2012,- (i) for an anti-dumping duty at the rate equal to the amount indicated in the corresponding entry in column (9), in the currency as specified in the corresponding entry in column (10) and per unit of measurement as specified in the corresponding entry in column (11), of the said Table. read an anti-dumping duty which shall be equivalent to the difference between the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column (9), in the currency as specified in the corresponding entry in column (10) and per unit of measurement as specified in the corresponding entry in column (11), of the said Table, and the landed value of such imported goods in like currency per like unit of measurement. ; (ii) for 76069191 in column (2) of the Table, read 76069190 .
