Rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency with effect from 10th October, 2012 - 93/2012 - Customs - Non Tariff

Dated the 9 th October, 2012 17 Asvina, 1934 (SAKA) S.O. 2395(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 91/2012-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated the 4 th October, 2012 published in the Gazette Of India, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), Extraordinary vide number S. O. 2360(E) dated, the 4 th October, 2012 , namely:- In the SCHEDULE-I of the said Notification, for Serial No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- SCHEDULE-I S.No. Foreign Currency Rate of exchange of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees (1) (2) (3) (a) (b) (For Imported Goods) (For Export Goods) 13.
