Appoints the Designated Authority - No. 14/3/91-TPD. - Customs - Non Tariff

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (Trade Policy Division) ORDER New Delhi, the 10th October, 2012 No. 14/3/91-TPD.- In modification of the order dated 28 July, 2011, it is hereby notified for general information that Shri J.S. Deepak, Addl. Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry shall discharge the functions of the Designated Authority in place of Smt. Vijaya Laxmi Joshi, Additional Secretary, with effect from 8 October, 2012, for the purpose of:-- (i) The Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidised Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 as amended. (ii) Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 as amended. SUMANTA CHAUDHURI, Jt. Secy
