Amendment in the Notification No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), G.S.R. No.193(E) dated the 2nd April, 1997 Notification No. 41 / 2006-Customs (N.T.) 31st March, 2006 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), G.S.R. No.193(E) dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:- In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 5, in column (3) against item (i), for the entry under column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods".
