Notifies the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 NOTIFICATION NO. 01/2006, DT. 07/04/2006 In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.2 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby notifies the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 incorporating the Annual Supplement as updated on 7th April 2006 and contained in Annexure to this notification.
