G.S.R. 354(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 86 of the Finance Act 1994 (32 of 1994), the Board hereby constitutes the following Committees consisting of two Commissioners of Central Excise mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the Committees , for the areas falling within the jurisdiction of the Commissioners of Central Excise (Appeals) mentioned in the corresponding entry in column(3) of the said Table for the purpose of sub-section (2A) of the said section .
