Aerated Water From vending machines exempted from duty Notification No. 37/98-CE Dated : 10-12-1998 G. S. R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of finance (Department of Revenue), No. 05/98-Central Excise, dated the 2nd June, 1998 namely:- In the Table below the said notification, after S. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 7A 2201.20 or 2202.20 Aerated waters prepared and dispensed by vending machines. Nil -- F.
