No. F. 23(3)/96-Policy/Vol.IV: In continuation of the Notifications No. F.23(3)/96-PPR/PF-IV/1471 dated 17/08/2005, F. 22 (255)/2001/Policy/1457 dated 17/08/2005, F. 23 (3)/96-Policy/Vil.IV/1637 dated: 4/10/2005, F. 23 (3)/96-Policy/Vol.IV/1770 dated: 02/12/2005 and 23(3)/96-Policy/VolIV/1848 dated 30/12/2005 the last date for filing of statement in Form ST - 11A by the dealers registered under Delhi Sales Tax Act, 1975 and Forms XIII by the dealers/works contractors registered under the Delhi Sales Tax on Works Contract Act 1999 for the assessment year 2004-05 shall be 31/01/2006

Other conditions of the respective Notifications dated 17/08/2005 will remain unchanged.

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
