SEZ notified at Manikonda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, RangaReddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) New Delhi , dated the 10th April, 2007 NOTIFICATION S. O. 550(E).- Whereas M/s. Lanco Hills Technology Park Private Limited, a fully Private Organisation of the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Manikonda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development, operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Manikonda Village area on 23rd August, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Manikonda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, RangaReddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely: TABLE Name of Village Survey Number Land (in hectares) Manikonda 201/Part 11.77 hectares (F.2/304/2006-EPZ) (Anil Mukim), Joint Secretary to the Government of India.
