SEZ notified at Village Gachibowli, Rajendra Nagar Taluk, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh [PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II, SECTION-3, SUBSECTION (ii), dated the 5th December, 2006 ] Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) New Delhi ,dated the 5th December, 2006 . NOTIFICATION S.O. 2069(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 27th June, 2006 under sub section (10) of section 3 to M/s. CMC Limited for setting up of a Special Economic Zone for information technology and/or information technology enabled services, the Central Government, on being satisfied that the requirements under subsection (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled, hereby notifies the following area of 20.59 hectares of land at Village Gachibowli, Rajendra Nagar Taluk, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh comprising of the survey number and area given below in the table, with the Physical boundaries as hereunder, as Special Economic Zone, namely: Table Village Survey Number Total Area (in hectares) Gachibowli 26 20.59 Physical Boundaries : North : Kothaguda Village Reserve Forest South : Old Mumbai Highway Road from Mehdipatnam to Lingampalli East : Non SEZ zone of CMC and Road connecting Kothaguda to Gachibowli and KPHB Colony West : Indian Immunological Limited Vaccine Plant Complex.
