Reallocation of jurisdiction of Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Ghaziabad NOTIFICATION NO. 26/2007, DATED 12-2-2007 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 120 of the Income-tax Act 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), Central Board of Direct Taxes, Number S.O. 733(E), dated the 31st July, 2001, namely:- In the said notification, in the Schedule I, for serial number 83 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- Serial Number Designation of Income-tax Authorities Headquarters Jurisdiction (1) (2) (3) (4) 83.
