Section 47(ix) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 notifies "Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts", New Delhi for the A.Y. 2005-2006 to 2008-2009 NOTIFICATION NO. 3/2006, DATED 31-1-2006 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ix ) of section 47 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies "Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts", New Delhi for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 2005-2006 to 2008-2009. The approval is subject to the condition that the provisions of section 13(1)(c) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, are not infringed and there is no change in the aims and objects and in the Rules and Regulations.
