Amends notification No. 12/1997-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997 (Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods ) [ TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , EXTRAORDINARY PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRYOF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification NO. 104/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 17 th October, 2007 . G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/1997-Customs (N.T.), G.S.R. 193 (E), dated the 2 nd April, 1997 , namely:- In the said notification in the table, against the serial number 9, in column (3), after the entry (xi) and corresponding entry relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely:- (3) (4) "(xi) Janori, Taluka-Dindori, Nashik District Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods" [F.No.434/08/2006-Cus.IV] (Aseem Kumar) Under Secretary to the Government of India Note :- The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide Notification No.12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2 nd April 1997 [G.S.R. 193(E), dated the 2 nd April, 1997] and was last amended vide Notification No.78/2007- Customs (N.T.) dated the 10 th August 2007.
