Section 4 of Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 - Establishment of Special Economic Zones and approval and authorisation to operate it to, developer - Notified Special Economic Zones NOTIFICATION NO. S.O. 1927(E), DATED 13-11-2007 The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Number S.O. 1682(E), dated 28th September, 2007, namely In the said notification, the name of the developer i.e. Parsvnath Developers Ltd. may be replaced as Parsvnath SEZ Ltd.
