Recinded vide NOTIFICATION 1637, New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2014 Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 1941(E) dated 14th August, 2007 NOTIFICATION NO. SO. 1965(E), DATED 20-11-2007 The Central Government, in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following addition in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1941(E) dated 14th August, 2007 to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for multi-services at Village Harsaru, District Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana by M/s.
