SEZ notified at Khushkera Industrial Area, Bhiwadi District in the State of Rajasthan NOTIFICATION NO. S.O. 1985(E), DATED 26-11-2007 Whereas M/s. Somani Worsted Limited, a fully Private Organization of the State of Rajasthan, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005(28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for electronic hardware and software or information technology Enabled Services at Khushkera Industrial Area, Bhiwadi District in the State of Rajasthan; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act , and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for electronic hardware and software/information techno logy enabled services at the said Khushkera Industrial Area, Bhiwadi District in the State of Rajasthan on 23rd October, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Khushkera Industrial Area, Bhiwadi District in the State of Rajasthan, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely :- TABLE Sl.
