Notifies the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises for the purposes of Section 36(1)(xiv) Notification No. 243/2007 dated 18-9-2007 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (xiv) of sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises for the purposes of the said clause.
