Serene Properties Private Limited, Andhra Pradesh Notification No : S.O. 869(E), dated 1-6-2007. Whereas M/s. K. Raheja Corporation Private Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Pocharam Village, Hayathnagar Taluka, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And whereas the Board of Approval is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it had granted formal approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Pocharam Village Area which was conveyed by the Central Government on 31st October, 2006; And whereas M/s. Serene Properties Private Limited is the associate concern of M/s. K. Raheja Corporation Private Limited; And whereas M/s. K. Raheja Corporation Private Limited has proposed for the transfer of the approval of the said Special Economic Zone to M/s. Serene Properties Private Limited and the Central Government after considering the said transfer proposal approved it and conveyed such transfer of approval on 23rd February, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Pocharam Village, Hayathnagar Taluka, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given below in the Table, as a Special Economic Zone, namely :- Table Sl.
