Neogen Properties Private Limited, Andhra Pradesh - S.O. 966(E) - Special Economic ZoneExtract Neogen Properties Private Limited, Andhra Pradesh Notification No : S.O. 966(E), dated 13-6-2007. Whereas M/s. Neogen Properties Private Limited, a Private Organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the Act), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Apparel Sector at Thumkunta and Gollapuram Villages, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Apparel Sector at the said Thumkunta and Gollapuram Village Area on 26th October, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Thumkunta and Gollapuram Villages, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely :— Table Sl.
