ROYAL PALMS ( INDIA ) PRIVATE LIMITED, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA Notification No : S.O. 1045(E), dated 27-6-2007. Whereas M/s. Royal Palms India Private Limited, a private organisation in the State of Maharashtra, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Survey number 169, Aarrey Milk Colony, Goregaon (East), Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra; And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006, has notified the total area of 10.10 hectares at Survey number 169, Aarrey Milk Colony, Goregaon (East), Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra, as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number 3(E), dated the 11th January, 2007; And whereas, M/s. Royal Palms India Private Limited has proposed to include an additional areas of 11.70 hectares at survey number 169, Aarrey Milk Colony, Goregaon (East), Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra as a part of that Special Economic Zone; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Survey number 169, Aarrey Milk Colony, Goregaon (East), Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra on the 21st June, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 11.70 hectares at survey number 169, Aarrey Milk Colony, Goregaon (East), Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra as a part of that Special Economic Zone, namely :— Table S.
