SYNTEL INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD., MAHARASHTRA Notification No : S.O. 1695(E), dated 3-10-2007. The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 540(E), dated 10th April, 2007, namely:— In the said notification, the total area, which is shown as '16 hectares' may be replaced as '16.19 hectares'.
