Approved Institution The Gwalior Rotary Charitable Trust, Gwalior u/s 35(1)(ii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.3583 DATED 15-9-1977 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, on the following conditions :--- (1) The Institute will submit annual reports on the research activities of the institution to the Council. (2) The Institute will submit yearly returns about donations received and actual expenditure incurred exclusively for scientific research in the manner as and when required by the Council.
