To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Textile sector at NH-15, Opp. Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 11th August, 2008 S. O. 2023 (E)..— Whereas, M/s RNB Infrastructure Private Limited, a fully Private Organization in the State of Rajasthan, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Textile sector at NH-15, Opp. Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, has notified the total area of 103.41 hectares at NH-15, Opp. Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S.O.1415(E), dated 9th June, 2008; And, whereas, M/s. RNB Infrastructure Private Limited has proposed to include an additional area of 24.51 hectares at NH-15, Opp. Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan as a part of that Special Economic Zone; And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Textile sector at the said NH-15, Opp. Khara industrial Area, Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan on 4th June, 2008; Now, therefore, ii exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at NH-15, Opp. Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely:- TABLE S.
