Approves Shri Jain Shwetamber Nakoda Pershwnath Tirth, Mewanagar (Nakoda), Distt. Barmer, (Rajasthan) u/s 10(23C)(iv) Notification No. S. O. 979 dated 21st April, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iv) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, the Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Jodhpur, hereby approves Shri Jain Shwetamber Nakoda Pershwnath Tirth, Mewanagar (Nakoda), Distt. Barmer, (Rajasthan), for the purpose of the said section for the assessment year 2005-06 and onwards: Provided that the society conforms to and complies with the provisions of sub-clause (iv) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2C of the Income-tax Rules, 1962.
